Advantage Concierge LLC provides luxury concierge and lifestyle services in and around New York City, including chauffeured Escalades and Sprinters, private aviation arrangements, and hotel accommodations. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is confirmed once the arrangements and any applicable fees are agreed. Certain third-party bookings, such as aviation, hotels, and charters, are also subject to the policies of those providers, which we communicate to you at the time of booking.
Cancellation terms vary by service and provider. We tell you the applicable cancellation terms when your booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to decline or end any service where safety, legality, or the condition of a vehicle or venue is at risk. Damage to vehicles caused by a client is the client's responsibility.
Advantage Concierge arranges services, some of which are delivered by third-party providers. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by weather, traffic, carriers, or other events outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
